The Teppanyaki Grill Plate is suited for 75cm fire pit. It is a versatile design, allowing for Teppanyaki style cooking with each quarter section offering a section for grilling. The design allows good airflow to keep the fire burning with the centre hole providing a good space for wok or pan cooking or to tend to the fire.

Do not leave the grill on when starting the fire, the intense heat will warp the grill. Place the grill on the fire pit when the fire is at temperature to cook. A good guide is you place your hand 20cm above the hot coals (not flames), if you can hold your hand there for 3 seconds then have to pull away then the fire is ready for the grill, the grill will then take about 7 minutes to heat up and you are ready to cook.
