The Maverick 900 and Maverick 1200 Grill Fire Pit Plates are linear styled grill plate that fit across fire pits ranging from 70cm to 130cm. The linear design allows for good airflow and to keep your fire going to maintain hot coals.

  Do not leave the grill on when starting the fire, the intense heat will warp the grill. Place the grill on the fire pit when the fire is at temperature to cook. A good guide is you place your hand 20cm above the hot coals (not flames), if you can hold your hand there for 3 seconds then have to pull away then the fire is ready for the grill, the grill will then take about 7 minutes to heat up and you are ready to cook.
